Webdesly Garage (“Garage”) is operated by Webdesly. This notice explains how we process personal data for the Phase 0 MVP. It is not a substitute for a signed DPA with enterprise customers.

Roles

• Staff / owner accounts — Webdesly is controller for signup, auth, and product communications.
• Fleet records (vehicles, valuations, service items) — your organization is controller; Webdesly acts as processor on your instructions.

What we process

• Staff identity via Neon Auth (email, session cookies).
• Operational data you enter (vehicles, VINs, service notes) in a dedicated Neon Postgres project.
• Demo credentials, when configured, solely to power the demo desk.
